Data we collect Account: email, username, country, language, optional profile photo. Community: shared objects (photos, texts), comments, likes, reports, favourites and follows. Newsletter: email and language, after double opt-in. Contact: name, email and message.

Purposes and legal bases Providing the service and community (contract), sending the newsletter (consent), answering your messages (legitimate interest), moderating content (legitimate interest).

Cookies Only necessary cookies and storage (session, language, preferences) are set without your consent. Audience measurement and social media content are enabled only after your consent, which you can change at any time via "Cookies" in the footer. Your choice is kept for at most 13 months.

Retention Account data is kept while the account is active. Contact messages are kept for 3 years. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe in one click.

Your rights You can access and export your data and delete your account from "My account", "Data" tab. For any other request (rectification, objection, restriction): contact@beenap.art. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
